Flexible Cancellation Policy for India.
For Activities & Short Tours (Free Cancellations upto 48 hours before the date of trip)
- An Activity / Short Tour, where the duration of the entire experience is less than 3 nights will be allowed cancellations free of cost for upto 48 hours before the start date of the trip.
- The entire paid amount will be refunded to the Customer's Thrillophilia Account with a lifetime validity and no restrictions on use.
- If cancellations are made within 0-48 hours before the start date of the trip, regular cancellation charges will apply.
For Multi-Day Tours (Free Cancellations upto 20 days before the departure date)
- A Multi-Day Tour, where the duration of the entire experience is more than 3 nights will be allowed cancellations free of cost for upto 20 days before the start date of the trip.
- The entire paid amount will be refunded to the Customer's Thrillophilia Account with a lifetime validity and no restrictions on use.
- If cancellations are made within 0-19 days before the start date of the trip, regular cancellation charges will apply.
