He's always on the lookout for the next big thing, diving headfirst into exciting projects and solving mind-boggling problems. When you meet Wolfgang, get ready to be amazed by his love for bikes. He has so many exciting stories to share about his thrilling adventures on his two wheels. Wait, but that's not all!
He's the quirkiest guy in the entire office, bringing an extra splash of fun from Goa to Jaipur and becoming the ultimate backbone of Thrillophilia. You can spot him from a mile away with his wild and wacky hairdo. His team defines him as a “Calamity Saviour” because he is always there when someone is struggling or stuck at something but more importantly he's the ultimate mentor-cum-friend.

8:00 AM
I begin my day with a warm cup of tea, which I prepare myself ALWAYS. There's something about sipping tea while enjoying the view from my balcony. It's my perfect way to start the day! After my morning tea and lazing around a little, I go on a short walk in the gardens of my society. The greenery and calm environment in the morning helps me process my thoughts better. I think this is the time I always come up with new ideas.
9:00 AM
It's time to get ready for work! I hop on my bike and hit the road. Jaipur has wide roads with minimal traffic in the area. This daily bike ride is something I truly look forward to.
10:00 AM
As a techie, I prefer my days to be calm and immersive. The morning kicks off with a quick meeting with my team, which we call "Morning Bytes"! I feel fortunate to work with a group of calm yet curious individuals who constantly amaze me with their innovative ideas and problem-solving approaches. These meetings are the highlight of my day, as my team always brings fresh perspectives to ongoing tasks and something amazing comes out each time.

If I were to credit anyone for who I am and how I got here, it would undoubtedly be Rajdeep, my manager and more importantly, my best friend and biggest cheerleader. We meet every day around this time to brainstorm how we can enhance the tech at Thrillophilia and deliver excellent customer experience.
Since Thrillophilia is a travel tech company, something new is always cooking! My time with Rajdeep is wholesome and allows us both to work towards building the strongest tech there is!
12:30 PM
I have always been someone who values my quiet time and space to work on things, and I believe that deep work is essential for everyone. This is when I plan the rest of my day, ensuring that everything is aligned for smooth operations.
Since we work on various projects and questions and queries arise frequently all day long, we have an anonymous group called "Coders' Voice" on Discord. Through this anyone can leave their queries or ask questions anonymously, and anyone can jump in and provide answers.
2:00 PM
Ah, lunchtime! Food is pure happiness for my soul, and it's my favorite part of the day. Luckily, Thrillophilia has an amazing cafeteria with a wide variety of food choices. We gather as a team and always enjoy our meals together. Good food, good conversations!
After lunch, I always go on walks within the office premises. The amazing greenery and open space provides a refreshing break from working on our laptops. I feel like this helps in one's well-being and increases productivity. Sometimes we also go out on lunch with the team, as we have plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to grab some amazing food.
3:00 PM
At this time, I usually have meetings with different departments. Since tech is at the heart of Thrillophilia, I'm lucky to be involved in meetings across various areas like Business, Marketing, and SEO. It's great because all the departments are connected through technology.
During these meetings, I get to learn about how other teams are working and the challenges they face. It also gives me a chance to think about how we can use tech to help them work faster and get better results.
4:00 PM
After wrapping up the meetings, I usually take some time for myself to reflect on the day's progress and plan for future projects. This is the time I concentrate and focus on optimizing my time and efforts.
Sometimes, the post-lunch hours can feel a little sluggish, so as a team, we came up with a fun way to boost our energy. We created our own virtual "Dj Wala Babu" channel on Discord, where anyone from the team can play music of their choice and the whole team grooves on it.
5:30 PM
After a concentrated session of work, I believe it's essential to take a short break and recharge. I pick my favorite cup of coffee from our cafeteria and step outside to witness the breathtaking sunsets we often spot from our office. I have always been a sunset lover. I always encourage my team members to do the same and take a break in the evening.
6:00 PM
By this time, I usually wrap up most of my tasks for the day and gather a small update from the team on their daily progress.
During our morning meetings, Rajdeep and I very often give some small problems/tasks to our team members, and in the end-of-the-day meetings, we reward the person who solved the problem the best way. It could be a pizza treat, a good cup of coffee, or even a dinner outing!
7:00 PM
I usually wrap up my work and leave the office at 7 pm, ready to enjoy some quality "me time." One of the highlights of my day is going on long bike rides along the city roads. The energy of this city is infectious.
Sometimes, I also hang out after work with my team for a quick snack or a cup of coffee. Jaipur has incredible cafes and restaurants, and exploring them is a delightful way to spend the evenings. On weekends, I often indulge in cafe-hopping or even hit a club to party and dance the night away.

Sports have always been a passion of mine, and it has only grown stronger since I moved to Jaipur. Luckily, there are several sports arenas near my place where I can play various games like cricket, basketball, and football after work. Engaging in sports not only keeps me physically active but also allows me to unwind and have some fun. As the day comes to an end, I enjoy cooking my own dinner with some hip music blasting in my ears!
